    Identity Automation, is growing and has openings for full-time IAM Implementation Consultant’s. Implementation Consultant’s contribute to the company’s continued success by implementing identity management solutions for our customers. You are trusted advisers contributing to building solutions and championing the customer’s needs throughout an engagement. Your chief role is to implement solutions that position Identity Automation customers for success. This position requires a blend of technical competence and customer service skills to successfully run a Professional Services engagement from discovery to project closure. You will work with Project Management to deliver industry leading technologies and value to our customers.


    • Work closely with customers to define requirements, design architecture, develop business rules, implement solution and perform knowledge transfer training
    • Research impediments and provide resolution
    • Produce weekly time and status reports
    • Follow administrative tasks to completeness




    • Ability to explain complex technical solutions at both the technical, business user and executive level
    • Experience architecting and deploying complex solutions
    • Deep operating system and application development AND/OR scripting knowledge
    • Understanding of business process mapping, data flow diagrams, flowcharts and other analyst tools
    • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience
    • At least 5 years of practical hands-on technical experience
    • One or more Multi Factor Authentication technologies
    • Deep understanding of Windows Server technology
    • Experience with PKI preferred
    • One or more SSO technologies
    • Understanding of Radius
    • One or more password management technologies
    • One or more Directory Services (Active Directory, eDirectory, etc.)
    • One or more Linux and/or UNIX Operating Systems
    • Operating system scripting
    • One or more database technologies (MySQL, Postgres, MS SQL, etc)
    • Familiarity with virtualization technology (VMWare, Xen, etc.)
    • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS preferred)
    • General API knowledge (REST, SOAP, etc)
