    • Follow-up on inquiries generated through existing web and marketing programs
    • Discover new leads through internet research
    • Research and collect contacts for target accounts
    • Email and call prospects to interest them in Identity Automation products
    • Qualify leads to add to the sales pipeline
    • Assist Company in conveying customer needs  


    Behavioral Capabilities

    • ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business
    • High energy level with a proven ability to make 50-100+ phone calls daily.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email, and via telephone
    • Comfortable cold calling on a regular basis to establish relationships with new accounts
    • Willingness to openly share ideas and take direction from others



    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Exceptional track record of goal achievement
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other sales and research tools
    • Sales experience preferred
    • College Degree or pursuit of College Degree, preferred


    Career Advancement Opportunities

    • Individuals in the SDR role may advance to the Sales Account Executive role, a Marketing, marketing support, or another future role.
