Overview

Does the idea of owning the launching of cloud-based cybersecurity software into new markets sound like an exciting challenge? Do you have the know-how and battle scars to ensure we do it right and with the greatest impact? If so, you might be exactly the person for whom we’re looking for our Product Marketing Manager role at Identity Automation.

 

In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and our Partners to drive awareness and preference into new industry and market segments. Your responsibilities will include developing highly-targeted, customer-centric software and services value propositions and go-to-market plans. You will also be charged with development of sales enablement tools and training on our products and messaging.

 

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, specifically in software product marketing, and a track record of success building and executing GTM plans.  We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, that knows how to get things done efficiently and at a high level.  We offer a competitive salary/benefits.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging for our RapidIdentity solutions that resonate with buyers and users, relating product capabilities in terms that they understand, care about, and are willing to buy.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy to successfully launch new products and releases
  • Develop thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate customer and industry awareness and adoption of Identity Automation products, such as demo videos, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, vertical industry POVs, and event presentations.
  • Support the Sales team with a robust sales kit, including presentations, briefs, FAQs, guides, demos, and related collateral
  • Develop and deliver in-depth training to the sales force and channel partners that describes the positioning, value proposition, capabilities, sales strategies, and other best practices for Identity Automation products & solutions
  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, segmentation analysis, and 1:1 customer interviews
  • Evangelize our products, solutions, and best practices to our customers via marketing events, webinars, and other external communications channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or business.   MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of software product marketing experience.
  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and development processes.
  • Pragmatic Marketing or other product marketing and/or management  certification desired.
  • Strong project management, leadership, training & sales support skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.   
  • Ability to travel at least 15% of the time or as required.
